How do I get an Animal Health Certificate?

There are just three simple steps to arrange an animal health certificate:

Step 1: Complete the pre-travel information form. This form will be de-activated until my return on 16/05/2026

Step 2: Ask the vets that administered the rabies vaccination to email the clinical history to pieter@ahcvets.co.uk

Step 3: I will then contact you to arrange a suitable day to issue the AHC at your home or a convenient collection point if you live further away.
